Under EU Directive 2023/2673 you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

Information on the right of withdrawal
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of goods.
- Please return the goods to us no later than 14 days after submitting this form.
- The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (at the cheapest available rate).
- We will refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
