Tabacco Jewels allows you to return or replace the products you purchased, even without a specific reason, within 14 days of delivery, in a simple and fast way. Access your customer area and make a return request. After that you are allowed to ship the items under your responsability.

For all returns from not European countries import/export fees will be added.

Shipping to Extra CEE countries will have to pay import expenses and if returned, this expenses can't be refunded, as well as import to our country will be scaled from the refund (providing commerciale invoice and documentation that proves of the amount paid by Tabacco.).

If item is defective or for any reason the issue is our fault, we will pay all the export expenses without asking any fees to our customer.


Access your personal area and go to the "Orders History" section

Find the order for which you want to request a return and select "Request return"

Fill in the fields and forward the request, you will be contacted in the shortest time possible to define ways and times for the collection of the courier.

Close the package carefully and make sure you have entered the item to be returned accompanied by the packaging and the guarantee / authenticity coupons

Once the request has been approved, ship in safe and ensured way the items (under your responsibility).

Once we have received the return and checked the integrity of the object and the presence of all the components, we will replace or refund your purchase.

IMPORTANT Do not ship consignments unauthorized because they will be rejected. Always contact our support before proceeding with a return. Furthermore, returns of personalized items, such as engraved, made to measure or created specifically on request (art.55, paragraph 2, letter D of the consumer code) will not be accepted. The rings made to measure outside the measurements presented on the site will be considered personalized.

All accessories and spare parts are excluded from the free return, including but not limited to, straps, bracelets, clips, clasps, links, etc. In the event of a return and / or replacement, all shipping costs are borne by the 'buyer. Spare parts not present in the catalog in the appropriate category and expressly requested on order are considered personalized items and therefore not subject to return.

It is NOT possible to return products created specifically for the customer, see items "available on order" except for reasons due to defects or errors by the operator.

It is NOT possible to make personalized items, such as engraved wedding rings, engraved bracelets, specially created measures.
