Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All goods purchased by a consumer on shop.tabacco.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

The legal guarantee protects the consumer where the goods present a lack of conformity that already existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the period provided for by the applicable legislation.

The guarantee does not cover problems or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, impacts or accidents, lack of or incorrect maintenance, interventions or modifications carried out by third parties, or other causes arising after delivery and not attributable to an original lack of conformity.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may exercise against the seller the remedies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code, subject to the conditions established by the applicable legislation.
