Shop online at Tabacco Gioielli and choose from several secure payment methods, including instalments. Orders are shipped with DHL in anonymous packages, insured until delivery.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your order with any of the following methods:

• Bank transfer
• Klarna, to pay in 3 instalments under the terms of the service
• SeQura, to use the instalment payment options available at checkout

The availability of each method may depend on the order amount, the device you are using and the checks carried out by the payment provider. Any applicable terms are shown before you confirm your order.

Paying by bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, your order is processed once the payment has been received. The details you need to make the payment are provided during checkout.

Cash on delivery

We do not accept cash on delivery. To place an order, you can use any of the secure methods listed above.

Shipping with DHL

All orders are shipped with DHL. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 48/72 hours. For security reasons, the signature of the recipient or an authorised person is required.

You will receive tracking information by email and text message. With the free DHL On Demand Delivery service you can follow your delivery and, where the service allows, manage the available options.

Insured shipping and anonymous packaging

Every shipment is insured at Tabacco Gioielli's expense until delivery. The outer package is anonymous and carries no markings that reveal its contents.

Made-to-order items

For items that are made, personalised or prepared to order, the time needed before dispatch is shown on the product page. The 48/72-hour delivery time starts when the order is handed over to DHL.

Collection from a store

Instead of shipping, you can collect your order in person from one of our stores, when this option is available for your order. See the Our stores page for addresses and information.

Shipping costs

The cost depends on the destination and the total value of the order:

Shipping outside the European Union: VAT and customs charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the price is recalculated without Italian VAT at 22%. On import, local authorities may apply duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, which are paid by the recipient and may be collected by the courier before delivery.

These amounts are set by the destination country and cannot be calculated in advance by Tabacco Gioielli. Before buying, we recommend checking the applicable rules with your local customs authorities.

Yes. All shipments are insured at Tabacco Gioielli's expense until delivery and require the signature of the recipient or an authorised person.

Does the package show that it contains jewellery?

No. We use anonymous outer packaging with no markings that reveal its contents.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive DHL tracking information by email and text message. With DHL On Demand Delivery you can use the delivery management options available for your shipment.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, cash on delivery is not available, and Tabacco Gioielli strongly advises against this method for greater consumer protection.

Can I collect my order in store?
