For non-EU shipments, the customer is required to pay import and export charges in case of return. It will be our pleasure to offer shipping charges in this case as well. Import charges are automatically paid upon delivery, while export charges will be incurred by Tabacco Gioielli when the goods are returned and will be deducted from the refund by attaching and providing documentation showing the amount incurred

TERMS FOR COMPLAINTS
